Course Details

 

Satisfy the Marine Propulsion Plant competence requirements! Learn about the various propulsion methods such as steam, diesel, and gas turbine. Various auxiliary systems such as; generators, electrical distribution systems, steering systems, water making systems and sewage processing systems. 620 : Advanced Ship Handling (Shiphandling)

Course Details

 

Satisfy the USCG Advanced Shiphandling training requirements and get some of the necessary Advanced Shiphandling assessments completed along the way! Learn about the common scenarios Chief Mate or Master will encounter such as; docking and undocking, operating in restricted waters, anchoring, using tugs, responding to shiphandling emergencies, and heavy weather tactics all while experiencing many of these scenarios in our Full-Mission Bridge Simulators. 616 : Human Element Leadership & Management (HELM)

 

Course Details

 

This course satisfies the STCW requirement for Leadership and Management Training at the Management Level for deck and engineering officers known in the MCA System as HELM (M) and in the USCG System as Leadership & Management (Management Level).
