Happy National Maritime Day
Happy National Maritime Day!
MPT would like to wish everyone a Happy National Maritime Day and express our thanks to all of the professional mariners that work incredibly long hours in often grueling conditions to support global logistics and move vital supplies around America and the world. Your efforts, especially during this time of emergency and uncertainty, have been unwavering and incredibly important to the health, safety, and well-being of people around the world. Mariners are often overlooked by the press and by the public, we view you as our brothers and sisters and are proud to support your efforts and assist your needs.
This year marks the 75th anniversary of the end of World War II, perhaps the most devastating period of time for our nation and the proud men and women that served. The United States Merchant Marine served alongside our armed forces delivering cargoes and troops across hostile waters, with many trips being the last for those valiant mariners. The mariners of today honor the memory of those that served before them, and uphold their traditions of service.
The staff and crew at Maritime Professional Training thank you for your service, and honors you as the unsung heroes of war, and peace.
Regards
Ted Morley
