Course Description
This is the MCA oral examination for deck officer exams.
Please see #452 and #453 for oral exam prep courses which are scheduled and paid for separately.
You must have filed for your MCA NOE (NOtice of Eligibility) to book the examination and you must have your NOE prior to taking the examination.
