Rating Forming Part of a Navigation Watch: Unrestricted

This 2 day course includes theory and practical training and assessment utilizing MPT’s SMART™ Simulation Center. This course will satisfy all of the Support Level Assessments of STCW A-II/4 for a Rating Forming Part of a Navigation Watch for a Qualified Rating Endorsement including Able Seaman.

  • Shipboard Environment
  • STCW Support Level Requirements

  • Watchstanding Duties

  • Helmsman Duties

  • Emergency Situations

  • Emergency Radio Equipment

  • Practical Assessments

Additional Recommended Courses:

  • Basic Safety Training

  • Proficiency In Survival Craft

  • Able Seaman

  • Powerboat Level II
